Jennifer Davis is a force majeure in retail Charleston real estate. She brought us Warren on King, Carolina on King, Savannah Bee Company, Alex and Ani, Ibu, American Apparel, Rebecca Roller Rabbit, and Best Chefs America. Coming soon, Nola Couture at 363 King Street, Benrus at 162 King, Bevello at 285 King. She helped Christophe Artisan Chocolatier find their highly successful expansion location at 90 Society Street, which I personally frequent and appreciate. The courtyard is perfect for enjoying French Press Coffee and upstairs there’s more than enough room for a meeting.
Those are just leases. Jennifer’s Domicile Real Estate Brokerage sold the buildings housing Gap, Bebe, Groucho’s and Five Guys, Earthbound Trading Co., Husk, The Hidden Countship, Eli’s Table, Charleston Shoe Co, and a bunch of the ones where they placed the aforementioned lessees.
Icing on the cake, Jennifer bought her own building at 163 King Street.
