Be sure to visit the “Certified SC” Tent at the Galliard Auditorium where the Francis Marion Hotel’s own Executive Chef, Simon Andrews of the Swamp Fox Restaurant in the Francis Marion Hotel will do a cooking demonstration on Friday February 12th. The Honey Glazed Quail with Adluh Grits, Bacon and Split Creek Goat Cheese that he makes will be served in our own Swamp Fox Restaurant and Bar on the following day!
