Michael Mitchell Gallery Hosts Reception for Impressionist Susan Colwell During Fall Design Walk October 20th

During the much awaited Upper King Design District Fall Design Walk on Thursday, October 20th, Susan Colwell, a Michael Mitchell Gallery artist, will be painting on site in the gallery that evening. Susan paints landscapes in an abstract-impressionist style, using large loose strokes. She says, "I try to recapture my feelings about a place by using color and form, producing a presence of space, mood and light".
