The Restoration on King Launches New Mobile Hotel App for Concierge Service at Your Fingertips

Expanding on its already extensive list of modern and luxury amenities, The Restoration on King has just launched its first new custom App, viewable at myrokapp.com. The new ROK mobile app is now also available as a free download from iTunes App Store for iPhones and iPads, and Android Play Store for Android devices.

The ROK App, puts all of the hotels amenities at your fingertips wherever you may be, via – smartphone, tablet or laptop – anytime, anywhere. This new service offers guests their own personal mobile concierge, enabling The ROK Hotel guests to order pre arrival grocery services, request spa appointments, book hotel or restaurant reservations, tour information and even local weather conditions. Guests are able to communicate directly with The ROK Concierge Staff and receive messages by email, text message, or phone call when requesting any service.

"This hotel is absolutely amazing. The look and feel is so unique. The staff are so nice and were extremely helpful. We arrived to a fridge full of travel Cokes/Sprite/Water bottles for our walks down the wonderful King St, right in the heart of downtown Charleston.

The hotel is located in the perfect part of the city. We literally did not use our car until we got back in it for the drive back home. You can walk just about everywhere you'd want to go on a three day trip.

The rooms are huge! It has a loft feel and full of modern charm. The appliances were very nice and they had plates, silverware, mixing bowls and more if you wanted to cook while you're in town. They also offer to stock your fridge full of groceries if you call ahead and give a shopping list. They also provided a picnic basket full of food for breakfast every morning.

We thought about using a bed and breakfast for our trip but we couldn't have been happier with where we stayed. I wish I could live in a place like this!"
