Following in his father and grandfather's footsteps, Christophe Paume chose his destiny after working in his father's shop in Toulouse, France, which produced fine pastry, chocolate, gelato and breads. From Paris to Montreal to Toulouse and now Charleston, Christophe and his wife Carly prepare hand-painted chocolates, French pastries and chocolate sculptures. There are wonderful French sandwiches and cookies and French Press coffee. Linger on the patio or enjoy the lounge upstairs. There's wi-fi for your business meeting.
