In spring 2011, the Heule and Heule-Missotten families moved from Belgium to open the doors of Belgian Gelato's first location in Charleston, South Carolina. From the first day, Belgian Gelato was a huge success and a favorite among Charleston locals and tourists for its fresh, creamy gelato.
