The Real Estate Studio of Dunes Properties isn’t an office. Rather it’s practically a retail store designed to help Charleston’s visitors learn more about visiting and living in our wonderful city. Come in for a glass of fresh iced tea, lemonade, or a cup of hot coffee. Bring your own wireless laptop or plop down in front of one of our 50" plasma monitors and surf to your heart’s delight. All in an environment that is at once comfortable and inviting, with no pressure or hassles. In fact, we won’t introduce you to one of our experienced, professional agents until you ask us to.
The Real Estate Studio is right in the heart of Charleston’s King Street shopping district, right across the street from Saks Fifth Avenue and less than half a block from Charleston Place.
