Holly Herrick is a Cordon Bleu-trained chef and award-winning food writer who was previously the restaurant critic at Charleston’s Post and Courier. She is the author of The Southern Farmers Market Cookbook and was a columnist for Lowcountry Living Magazine. Her work has appeared in Bon Appétit, Gourmet, and Southern Living. She lives in Charleston.
