Executive Chef Travis Overholt rules the culinary experience at Harbour Club.Because of his broad and diverse culinary arts background, the Club graciously welcomed Chef Travis and has been thrilled ever since. Travis is a graduate of Johnson and Whales who worked as Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef at major corporate food and beverage properties before coming to Charleston. His award-winning style won him personal chef and party caterer status for renowned Tennessee football coach Phil Fullmer. Most recently Chef Travis was invited to attended the famous Graystone Academy in Napa, California.
