Bella Vista Bridal & Wedding Boutique Captures the Moment with The Cathedral's New Steeple

It's not too often that a steeple is placed on a cathedral in Charleston. Bella Vista Bridal & Wedding Boutique had the fortunate opportunity to conduct photo session, using the new copper steeple as a backdrop while it was still in the courtyard, just before it was hoisted onto its permanent place atop The Cathedral of St. John the Baptist on historic Broad Street. The new steeple was raised more than 120 years after the cornerstone was laid.

Jeni Rone, photographer and artist, captured Jennifer Tokarev wearing this lovely "Grace Kelly" gown from Bella Vista Bridal & Wedding Boutique. The copper steeple, which brings the height of the cathedral to 167 feet, was created and designed by Copper Exclusives' Erno Ovari, one of the most skilled and knowledgeable fine metal roofing artisans in the world.
