Delicious, Authentic Paella at Barsa

The Paella at Barsa is a dish you have to experience with all your senses. It's texturally and colorfully beautiful, and it smells and tastes like heaven. You'll want to squeeze the lemons and pick plump mussels right out of their shells. There are three types on the menu, Seafood, Chicken & Chorizo and Vegetable. All begin with freshly made stocks, calasparra rice, peppers, onions, garlic and sofrito, and each is finished in a traditional Paella pan brought to you at the table. Linger over a house made red or white sangria, this dish will be prepared to order and take roughly half an hour. On Sundays and Mondays the Paella is half-price. Reason to celebrate. Salud! Barsa Tapas + Lounge + Bar is located on Upper King Street at Line, and open from 5 PM to 2 AM most days. Barsa is perfect for late night dining; the kitchen is open until 1:00 AM and there is plenty of free parking.
