This week Barsa introduced Express Lunch. For just $10 you can choose among great sandwiches, salads and combos, or go straight to our favorite, the Fideau. Cooked in a small paella pan, Fideau is a Valencian-style baked pasta with onions, smoked tomato sauce and choice of protein. It's very paella-like with a carmelized crust on the bottom and perfectly cooked shrimp or other choice of protein on top. Rich but light enough for lunch, it's delicious.
Lunch includes food, soft drink or tea, tax and parking. Perfect.
