APPETIZERS: Cozze Alla Diavola- Sauteed Mussels in a Spicy Tomato/Garlic Broth topped with Fresh Parsley OR Insalate Italiana- Mixed Greens, Shredded Carrots, Roasted Peppers, Black Olives, and Tomatoes in a Red Wine Vinegar Dressing.
ENTREES: Coscio D'Agnello Al Forno- Braised Lamb Shank served over Garlic Mashed Potatoes in a Sage/Pancette Lamb Jus OR Penne Ai Tre Sapori- Penne Pasta with Sauteed Asparagus, Pancetta, and Wild Mushrooms in a Light Cream Sauce.
DESSERTS: Housemade Tiramisu OR Lemon Sorbet.
