Fresh tomato sauce, mozzarella, roasted mushrooms and salumeria biellese pepperoni on a hand-tossed crust of San Felice flour and natural Neapolitan yeast, blended in a mixer imported from Naples and cooked in a wood fired over at 1000 degrees until it's so crisp, so good, just look at it! Monza is located in the Upper King Design District at 451 King Street, right next door to Closed For Business, home of the Pork Slap.
