Even if it wasn't just $10 including tax and drink, even if it wasn't fast and served in a beautiful, friendly, chic setting in the Upper King Design District, I would still love and crave this food.
Chef Nico Romo raised the lunch bar with Moo Shu, heavenly wraps so delicate they should be fragile, filled with sushi rice, daikon, green and red onions, cilantro. My personal favorite is grilled local shrimp with ginger aioli dressing and a side of sesame noodle salad. Unsweet tea or splurge and have a glass of St. Jeanette Finca el Reposa. Tomorrow cannot come too soon. It might be time to try the seared tuna with mild thai vinaigrette. Eat at your desk? Not a problem. They'll prepare a nice carry-out box. Your co-workers will be green with envy.
