Thanks to everyone who participated in the May Let's Do Lunch in Charleston. We are happy to report it was a huge success. We were covered on Channel 4 News, in the Charleston Mercury, the Post & Courier, Charleston City Paper, Savannah Morning News and many regional blogs. Charleston Magazine contacted us about featuring Let's Do Lunch in upcoming issues. Web traffic for www.letsdolunchincharleston.com and Let's Do Lunch Newsletter sign-ups are setting records, and we sold out the May 21 event by May 17.

A good time was had by all, and over $300 was presented to Charleston Volunteers for Literacy. Executive Chef Matthew Neissner created a wonderful lunch of She Crab Soup, Wedge Salad with iceberg lettuce, smoked bacon, blue cheese & avocado and Roasted Prime Dry Aged NY Strip. It was excellent! Thanks again, everyone, for supporting Charleston Volunteers for Literacy, King Street and Charleston Peninsula businesses and Halls Chophouse. Next month's Let's Do Lunch in Charleston announcement soon.
