Join the South Carolina Aquarium's Sustainable Seafood Initiative and Rue de Jean, a sustainable restaurant partner, for a delicious dinner featuring sustainable seafood during the Wine and Food Festival. This event will be held on Saturday, March 3rd from 7:00-10:00 pm at Rue De Jean (39 John Street).
Different than the regular Sustainable Seafood Dinner, a guest chef will prepare special sustainable seafood dishes while you learn how your seafood choices today can ensure healthy fish for the future.
