Chef Jamey Fairchild will put together a five-course menu paired with beer selections from Scott Shore of Charleston Beer Exchange and Edmunds Oast.
Ted's was the first to bring craft beer dinners to Charleston eight years ago, shortly after the state's beer distribution laws changed, making an increased number of beers available in SC for the first time. At the time, Scott was an employee at Ted's, and he persuaded them to add more beers to their shelves.
Ted's instantly saw the potential for a series of casual but high-quality beer dinners featuring selections from less-known brewers matched with Ted's top quality ingredients. The beer dinners took place monthly for three years, and were a big hit, consistently selling out.
